This cozy Mendocino cottage is as cute as a "bug's ear". Two minutes from the MacCallum House across Highway One this vacation rental cottage boasts a distant ocean view, private yard with hot tub, and full kitchen. The cottage has a luxurious queen size bed with down comforter, and bathroom with a shower. Weber BBQ, outdoor sink, and outdoor furniture are available for those who want to dine in the garden.
Spend a few nights here and you will be rested and rejuvenated. In the private yard you can gaze at the stars from your hot tub and enjoy the aroma of the beautiful heritage roses that grow prolifically around the cottage. An easy walk brings you to the village of Mendocino and Big River Beach. Close to the Big River State Park trail head, you will find terrific hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and kayaking.
This rental includes all of the amenities of the MacCallum House including housekeeping service, a gourmet breakfast served at the MacCallum House from 8:00 - 10:30 am Monday - Friday and 8:00 am - Noon Saturday, Sunday & Holidays. Also included: Food & Wine On The House - For each room two $7 dining credits are available every evening in the Grey Whale Bar & Café or the Dining Room.
