One of the largest rooms on the property, the barn studio provides luxury unmatched in Mendocino. No need for a trip to the spa when you have everything you need right in your room. Start your morning on the redwood deck soaking in the warm southern exposure and listening to the pounding surf in the distance. On the deck you will enjoy your own hot tub, also perfect for star gazing in the evenings. Inside the two massive doors, which conceal the room, you can work up a sweat in your own personal dry sauna. You also have the option of a long bubble bath in the luxurious two-person, six-foot, jetted tub surrounded by Italian marble and Travertine. In the evening stretch out on the rug gracing the beautiful clear maple floors in front of the crackling river stone fireplace with a nice bottle of local wine. The comfy King bed with down comforter ensures a deep, restful sleep. This room also has a sofa bed, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave Flat Screen TV with DVD-CD Player, and high speed Internet.

If you are traveling with a larger party, this room has the option of connecting with room 14, luxuriously accommodating six guests.

All rooms at the MacCallum House include a gourmet breakfast served at the Main House from 8:15 - 10:00 am Monday - Friday and 8:15 - 11:00 am Saturday, Sunday & Holidays. Also included: - For each room two $7 dining credits are available every evening in the Grey Whale Bar & Café or the Dining Room on the Main Property. Enjoy towards dinner, desserts or for a house specialty cocktail or glass of premium local wine. 5:00 – 9:00 pm. Winter rates require a deposit of the first two nights room rate and tax.
