Pet Friendly - At one time, Mendocino had over 100 water towers to store water and provide water pressure to the town’s inhabitants; this is one of the oldest, and it has been restored to a luxurious standard. Built in the late 1800s, the three-story tower has a working redwood tank on top, and the original hand-dug well viewable through thick glass, inset into the ground floor.
The first floor has a small front porch, a gas fireplace, a half bath, and a king bed dressed with luxurious Egyptian cotton and down bedding. Up the stairs is a luxurious bathroom outfitted with Skikai bath and body products, a jetted spa tub/shower for two and a dry sauna. On the top floor is a Queen bed and a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Mendocino Bay.
All rooms include Flat screen TV’s and DVD players, complimentary Wi-Fi, gourmet breakfast for two, coffee & tea, telegraph hill robes, mini bar, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
